This boutique B and B is a gem! A magical place in the hills between Valencia and Alicante.
Surrounded by nature with rows and rows of orange trees, it doesn't get more Spanish than this! In the distance the sea with idyllic seaside resorts to stroll. And then I haven't even mentioned the lovely swimming pool with Ibiza bar and the more than fantastic breakfast that the friendly lady serves you. You don't want to leave!

What a great place this is! With the orange trees around you, a view of the sea in the distance and the whistling birds as the only sound, you can completely relax here! There is a cozy and relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommended!

"More than a b&b" is completely appropriate. It is a place where you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the beautiful surroundings, but where you are also invited to be completely yourself. Definitely worth it.

curious where you will sleep?
The charming hilltop house features five beautifully decorated rooms, serving homemade breakfast from local produce. Each room has its own ground floor entrance and a private outdoor terrace with breathtaking views towards the mountains and sea.
We have 5 rooms in total: 3 double rooms and 2 triple suites, which brings the maximum capacity to 12 persons.
We are located exactly in the middle between Alicante Airport and Valencia Airport. Both airports are 1 hour and 15 min drive away from La Ruta Naranja. Which airport you choose depends on flight times and ticket prices.
We highly recommended to come by car, not only because our location is remote, but also because public transport in Spain is well organised in the large cities, but not in the smaller cities and villages. Parking at the property is available and free for our guests.
We can also arrange transport to/from the airport; the cost is between 75-100 euros (depending on company) one way.
We have 1 room (room Tierra) which is wheelchair friendly (large double room and bathroom equipped with the necessary support). The rest of the property is less wheelchair friendly; there are steps to the swimming pool and the terrain is covered with gravel. At the poolside we do have a shower and wheelchair friendly toilet.
Definitely! The famous L’Asmeita hike starts at the end of our driveway, but there are many more routes in the area.
Check our Discover the area page for more recommendations on what to see and do in the surrounding of La Ruta Naranja.
During high season and upon request it is also possible to book the entire property including access to the main house: with a comfortable large kitchen, cozy living room and an additional lounge terrace.
If you are interested, we would gladly send you more details about the possibilities and pricing. We are always open to custom requests.
